Here at One Little Twig we believe in our responsibility and our commitment to delivering the highest quality and superior craftsmanship for all our products. However being hand made often there are small differences in each item due to the person that is doing the work. These small differences make each hand made item unique. We check each item for faults along the way and before packaging.
Shipping and Processing Fee
One Little Twigs Shipping and Processing fees are charged to you only to compensate our company for the cost of shipping and processing your order. We have multiple ways of shipping your order to you and we make great effort to choose the best choice for your particular shipping needs.
Returns
Our Hand Crewel embroidered products and Chain stitch rugs and pillows are all made by hand and stitched by hand, Please allow for slight irregularities as these add to the unique beauty of our products!
However in the event that you receive a product that has a defect at the time of delivery, contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.
Note: If you have a product to return please contact us by email with your request, and be sure to include the invoice number, name of product, and description of defect along with your contact information. At that time we can access the problem and make a decision to what the appropriate next steps will be.
We do not offer returns on any of our customer custom design orders, as these are not a part of our available product line, and are only being produced as an exclusive custom product.

By subscribing to our One Little Twig email list, you will receive occasional updates and news about our website. We will also use the email address you provide to us on your order to send you website updates. If you purchase from us by mail, we will need a postal address. This will be used only when we are sending out product sales materials and new product communications. We do not share your name or personal information. Your Privacy is important to us
