We have chosen Paypal as our professional payment gateway. Paypal is fast, secure, and a private way to pay online without sharing your financial details. You can pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal as a guest. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use the service. It gives you the option to pay by Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Follow the prompts through Checkout, look over the items in your cart and then go to the bottom of the page where it says Review and Purchase and click on the purchase button. It will then take you to the PayPal gateway where you can choose to pay by Debit Card, Master Card , Visa, American Express or Discover. Fill in the payment details and click on pay. You will receive an email receipt for your payment once the transaction is final. After submitting payment through PayPal, One Little Twig will receive a confirmation for your payment and your order will be then prepared for shipping.. You may contact us with any questions!

SHIPPING

Please note: that I do not send a receipt with your item. If you need one, please request it and I’ll gladly include it. You will have your order receipt from your payment confirmation through PayPal. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred in their country Shipping for multiple items it is more economical and often the cost are less than shipping a single item. Please look over your shipping address to insure proper shipment details! If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address. If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was  not deliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the product only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost. Delay in Shipping: One little twig is not responsible if there is delay in delivery of shipment by the postal service. I will try my best to resolve any issue arising due to delay in shipment. Shipping will be sent by priority mail, the postal service says it takes approx 4-5 working days in the USA and longer if it is in a foreign destination country. If you are outside of the USA and would like the shipment within 10-20 days then I can ship the items by Express international Priorty or Express international at your additional cost. Custom Duty and Fee: We are not responsible for any customs fees / duties or cannot be held responsible or any customs delays. Feel free to contact us with any questions!
